Aquinas Communications is committed to protecting your privacy. Aquinas Communications is a general audience web site, intended for users of all ages. Personal information of all users is collected, used and disclosed as described in this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

What information do we collect?

When you register on our site, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form, or make a donation, we will ask you to enter your name and e-mail address. You may, however, visit our site anonymously, and leave anonymous comments and prayer requests.  

When you make a donation, we will require your name and mailing address.  You may choose to have your donation listed as anonymous, and to the extent allowed by law we will attempt to honor that request.

We will only provide those companies the personal information they need to deliver the service. Aquinas Communications may access and/or disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to: (a) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on Aquinas Communications or the site; (b) protect and defend the rights or property of Aquinas Communications; or (c) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of Aquinas Communications services or members of the public.  If we are required to disclose your personal information to any government or law enforcement agency, we will make attempts to notify you unless prohibited by law or order. As of the modification date shown below, Aquinas Communications has not been required to confidentially disclose any personal information to law enforcement agencies. Control your Personal Information

Relevant Radio offers choices for the collection, use and sharing of personal information. You may choose not to receive marketing material from Relevant Radio. You may also stop the delivery of future promotional email from Relevant Radio by following the specific instructions in the email you receive. The instructions explain how to stop receiving such emails.There are some Relevant Radio services that send out periodic emails informing you of technical service issues, service surveys, new feature announcements, and news about Relevant Radio products and services. You will not be able to unsubscribe to these mailings, as they are considered a part of the service you have chosen.

How do we protect your information?

Aquinas Communications is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer systems with limited access, which are located in controlled facilities.

When you make a donation, you are directed to a secure third-party partner to complete the transaction, and your personal financial information is not shared with us.  Security and privacy of that information is subject to the PayPal privacy agreement and terms of use.  Other personal information, such as your name and address, will be shared with us and stored in a secure area of our web server.

We offer the use of a secure server to access our site, which is designed to protect information shared with us via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

Do we use cookies?

Yes. Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information. We will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent. All registered users of our site may make any changes to their information at any time by logging into their control panel and going to the 'Edit Profile' page. Newsletter subscribers may go to the mailing list control panel to make changes to their personal information, or to subscribe to or unsubscribe from any newsletters.

Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 13 years old or older. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 13 years of age.
